Route from M5 (Exeter) to Heatherlands 

• Leave M5 at junction 31 and join A30 for Oakhampton
• Continue on A30 to Penzance, passing Launceston, Bodmin, Redruth (Exeter to Penzance takes about 2 ½ hours without traffic hold-ups)
• Remain on A30 by-passing Penzance in direction of Lands End (at the roundabout on the edge of Penzance, with Tescos on the right, take the second exit – the first goes into Pz)
• Continue on A30 through Drift and turn left at Catchall onto B3283 towards St Buryan and Minack Theatre
• After about 3 miles turn left at Trethewey down valley through  Porthcurno
• Continue through Porthcurno, up the hill on the other side, past the entrance to Minack Theatre, and Heatherlands is the last of the four two storey houses on the left (about 300 yards past the entrance to Minack)
