There is a cosy Sitting Room with a wood burning stove. There is a bay window with a seat from which one can view the cliffs and garden.

The Kitchen, with electric oven and hobb, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
There is a Utility Room with washing machine.
There is a Separate WC on the ground floor.
There is a Games Room in the old garage, accessed from an outside door – table tennis facilities are available.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 has two windows, one a bay window with views over the cliffs and garden. Double 5 foot bed and en-suite bathroom with WC and bath with shower over.

Bedroom 2: Twin with views over the fields to the rear of the house.

Bedroom 3: Twin with a bay window with views of the cliffs and garden.

Family Bathroom with WC and bath with shower over.
